Sharing for Signing

One of GreetingCardify's most powerful features is group signing. Invite as many people as you want to add their messages before delivering the card.

Getting the Signing Link

After creating your card, you'll receive a unique signing link. This link allows others to add their signatures without needing to log in or create an account.

Sharing Methods

  • Email: Send the link directly from your dashboard with a custom invitation message
  • Slack/Teams: Post the link in a channel or direct message
  • Copy Link: Copy the URL and share it anywhere - WhatsApp, SMS, social media
  • QR Code: Generate a QR code for in-person events or printed materials

Managing Signers

Track who has signed and send reminders to those who haven't. You can close signing at any time or set an automatic deadline before the delivery date.

Delivery Methods

Choose how and when your card reaches the recipient. GreetingCardify offers flexible delivery options to fit any situation.

Email Delivery

The recipient receives a beautifully formatted email with a preview of the card and a link to open it. The email is personalized with your message and includes all signatures.

Link Sharing

Generate a public or private link to the delivered card. Public links can be shared openly, while private links require a password or email verification.

Scheduled Delivery

Set a specific date and time for delivery. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or coordinating with an event. The card is automatically sent at the scheduled time.

Delivery Notifications

You'll receive notifications when:

  • The card is successfully delivered
  • The recipient opens the card
  • New signatures are added (if signing remains open)

Delivery Status

Check your dashboard to see the current status of any card:

  • Collecting Signatures: Card is open for signing
  • Scheduled: Card will be delivered at the set date/time
  • Delivered: Card has been sent to the recipient
  • Opened: Recipient has viewed the card

View Analytics

See detailed analytics for your cards:

  • Number of signatures collected
  • When the card was opened
  • How many times it's been viewed
  • Which signatures included photos or GIFs
